Had 7 nights in this fabulous hotel, spent our time here really good. Really enjoyed the way our standard king room with comfy bed was arranged. The location near to airport was great and fab. And we were just next door to the main night life, the main beaches and the island due to the fault of Emirates airline.

It felt clean and safe.

There was no airport shuttle even though the website said there would be. I had to arrange my own transportation to the airport using taxi. Also, there was no wi-fi internet and I thought this was also included. Instead you had to pay to use computers at the front area. This is all ok, except the website mentioned that this was included.

The staff here are amazing and friendly, the place is spotless, breakfast offers a wide variety of food, and it's conveniently located near bars and cafes within walking distance.

The staff are great and helpful. super big & clean rooms with a/c and satelllite tv.

Lack of swimming pool and free wi-fi.

Big and clean rooms, 1 minute walk to the northern part of Chaweng Beach.

Breakfast portions were tiny and internet price too much.

We've stayed here before and we'd totally recommend it to anyone. Everything was top-notch. the staff were super friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. 👌

The room was really tastefully put together, I felt very relaxed and comfortable. The staff were also really friendly.

No elevator, had given us a ground floor room initially, but was a twin, I specified a double on my booking... they changed it (good) but to the 4th floor (bad)

The hotel locate a 5 minutes walk from night clubs of Chaweng. The rooms and bed were excellent.

The breakfast was very poor, and I can't consider as a breakfast. There is a nice bar(3 minutes walk); which offer good breakfast for good price.

The location was mind-blowing, just 5min to Central Festival with beach access across the street. The staff was super nice, cleaning our room and putting up a do not disturb sign while we were out. The rooms were jaw-droppingly new and modern, with a comfortable bed and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with a good location within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. The reception lady was so lovely, offering to carry my suitcase. The room was 100x better than expected, very clean and close to the beach and restaurants. Definitely staying here again!

Very Very noisy!!! Could hear young people get sick at 3am. It was so loud thought it was in my room! Can hear everything everyone does in their room.

The hotel is outside the louder, rougher part of Chaweng Beach and is idealy placed for access to the beach and to some really nice restaurants especially Duomo the Italian restaurant about 5 minutes walk away. The staff are wonderful and the place is the best value for money clean hotel in Thailand.
